Saturnia

This past Saturday, after an early work meeting for David, we went to the sulfur springs in Saturnia, Tuscany. Bathing in sulfur springs is VERY Italian! It is supposed to help with skin problems like acne, cuts and scrapes, but doctors also prescribe it for some stomach issues and other things. The smell was not bad at all, I was expecting it to be unbearable. The water was warm, very comfortable, and this particular spring has natural waterfalls with bathing pools. The minerals make the rocks slippery, so its good to have some kind of water shoes. If you go to Italy, you should definitely try going to one of the many sulfur springs, it is worth it!
