I have officially been in Italy for four weeks now, and to say the least, it has been an adventure. Maybe not the exact one I pictured, but things rarely happen exactly the way your expect. I had this crazy idea, that we could move to another continent, into a new apartment, and have everything in its place in one week flat. Well, needless to say that didn't happen! One month later, and we are taking our second (and hopefully last) trip to Ikea this week. With the small details like phone number mix-ups that effected our DSL connection, a washing machine that could win the Olympic pole vaulting contest, sheets that didn't fit the new bed that took two weeks to get, and a job that is ending, I would not change a thing!!! Here are some pictures of the view from our apartment. I will have pictures of the inside, as soon as its ready to be photographed.
