Ferento

While in Viterbo, we went to see a close by Roman Amphitheater, L'Anfiteatro Romano di Ferento. It was fenced in, and we could have broken through (like others had clearly done before us), but we decided that seeing it from the outside was enough. It is always amazing to me, to see things still standing that are over 2,000 years old. In the summer they hold outdoor concerts here, which I think would be fabulous to see!
