Bartender - Otricoli 5/16/12

Bartender played a live show last Wednesday night in Otricoli (the southernmost town of Umbria). They were part of Otricoli's patron saint festival. All towns in Italy have one patron saint, somehow this tiny 1,200 inhabitant town has two, saints Vittore and Fulgenzio. Bartender performed on one of the last nights of this ten-day celebration.

It was a beautiful day, but as the sun went down and the wind picked up it became very chilly, non of us were dressed quite right. Miranda and I walked around the town while Bartender had their sound check.  We had a great three course dinner before their performance. Bartender put on a great show, as usual! Though the lighting guy went a little too disco club for my taste (you can see in some pictures below). I added a video I shot of Bartender performing W. A. Mozart's Turkish Rondo.

Otricoli is full of cute cobble stone streets

This looks like an amazing terrace above the arch!

This is why they call Umbria the "Green Heart" of Italy
